Leadership Group

The aim of the Leadership RIC is to advance the study of leadership at all organizational levels. We encourage research that spans a variety of leadership areas (e.g., politics, change, teams) using qualitative, quantitative, mixed research methods on public, private, and nonprofit/NGO sectors. Research may be at any unit of analysis:  individual, group, organization. Further we are keen for cross cultural research to further the discussion about any leadership commonalities in, between, and among organizations and countries. We encourage collaborative research initiatives between and among interested researchers and practitioners.

Goals

  • To promote and publish high quality research on leadership related topics.

  • To create a linkage for researchers and practitioners to work collaboratively on various leadership topics

  • To investigate traditional and innovative streams of leadership research and to present research findings through various academic and practitioner outlets.
