about the excursions the deadline was moved to the 4th Seprember ( this Friday ) and also is stated that the payment can be done at the registration too but the reservation must be done in time.
This is compulsory because we reserved buses and we’ve to pay or cancel the reservation tomorrow.
If necessary you can send again a reminder to all partecipants.
I repeat we need at least the reservation, the payment can be done even at the registration of the conference the 16th or 17th.
