* This refers only to co-authors (of the same paper) when one author has already registered as a Conference presenter.
** This refers only to Full Time students that present a letter of confirmation from their university.
The fees include: participation to conference, admission to all sessions, admission to the inauguration event, admission to the award ceremony, the conference bag and inclusions, publication in the book of conference proceedings, access to an electronic copy of the book of conference proceedings, lunches, the morning and afternoon coffees/refreshments, the conference gala dinner and cultural show and other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.Deadline for inclusion in Book of Proceedings ** August 31st, 2015

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of registration received before 10th August 2015 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 270.
