| Gabriele Baima, Ph.D. in Business Management is an Assistant Professor in Business & Management at the Department of Management, University of Turin, Turin, Italy. Dr. Baima has authored/co-authored several papers in international journals such as Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Intellectual Capital, International Marketing Review, Business Process Management Journal and British Food Journal. He’s the winner of the “Outstanding Reviewer in the 2020 Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence”. Dr. Baima also acted as a reviewer for several academic journals and he participated as a presenter at different international conferences. He is currently Editorial Assistant of the British Food Journal. Finally, he’s serving as Guest Editor of a special issue in British Food Journal and in the European Journal of Innovation Management. | |
